Payment terms will be specified in the payment agreement. Late payment may incur additional charges.
LeafTech retains the copyrights and ownership of the source code/design of all files produced/developed/designed by LeafTech during the course of working on a project, unless stated otherwise.
Any changes, modifications, or enhancements in the project’s functionality or design may affect the scope, cost, and timeline of the project and will be communicated and agreed upon in writing.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may impact project schedules and costs.
Live servers are typically used for development in a sandbox environment, and any work on live servers is done at the client’s risk.
Maintenance and support packages, when purchased, are subject to the terms outlined in the specific maintenance agreement.
Termination of services or contracts may be done with prior written notice as agreed upon in the engagement agreement. Cancellation and termination terms will be clearly specified.
By engaging with LeafTech or using our services, you agree to comply with these additional terms as outlined in the separate engagement or contract agreement.
