1. Project Milestones and Refunds
We follow a structured approach to our projects, dividing the work into milestones to ensure transparency and mutual understanding. All projects commence with a thorough discovery and analysis phase, including the creation of a scope of work document. This step is crucial to establish a clear understanding of the project’s requirements.
Refunds are not applicable for work that has already been completed, as there is dedicated time and effort involved in achieving each milestone and module.
2. Project Termination
In the event of a project termination agreed upon mutually, the client will retain control of all completed work. Any payments for further development or services will become void. Refunds for previous payments or deposits will not be provided.
3. Approval of Mock-up Designs
Once the client approves mock-up designs, and we proceed into the development phase of the project, no payments will be refunded. This marks the transition into an advanced project stage.
4. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for projects that are midway through a milestone phase. Refunds are typically not available for work in progress.
5. Special Occasion Services
For services offered by our marketing team on special occasions, we do not entertain cancellations. These offerings are limited-time promotions and cannot be canceled or refunded.
6. SEO and Digital Marketing Packages
SEO and digital marketing packages are non-refundable. However, if you wish to discontinue these services, we require a written notice at least 30 days in advance to ensure a smooth transition.
7. Abandoned or Dormant Projects
We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects that have been abandoned or lay dormant for more than 30 days. These projects require active engagement and communication to proceed effectively.
